BlueClassicHome is a spacious and bright 100 m² apartment on the second floor of a residential building with lift. Original marble floors, authentic Italian 1960s furniture and a generous living and dining room give the home a distinctive character, while two independent double bedrooms make it particularly comfortable for families and groups.
The apartment offers high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dedicated work areas and plenty of storage for longer stays. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing the home to host up to six guests.

St Peter’s & Gregorio VII
BlueClassicHome is located in the quiet Gregorio VII–St Peter’s district, close to local cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies and authentic Roman restaurants. The area is residential and well connected, offering an easy route to Vatican City and the historic centre without the constant crowds of the most tourist-heavy streets.
- Bus 916: direct connection from the Gregorio VII area to the historic centre and Piazza Venezia
- Gregorio VII / San Silverio bus stops: a short walk from the apartment
- Roma San Pietro railway station: reachable on foot or by local bus
- Free street parking is generally available in the surrounding area
- The apartment is outside Rome’s ZTL
Easy, flexible access
Standard check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Each reservation receives a personal keypad access code that is active only for the duration of the stay, allowing guests to arrive independently at any time after check-in begins. Luggage drop-off can be arranged from 11:00 am, and we always do our best to help with special requests whenever possible.
On request, we can arrange private transfers to or from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports through a professional company specialising in airport transportation. Luxury sedans and executive minivans are available, with a personalised quote based on the number of passengers and luggage.
