Sunrise Apartment is a bright and welcoming 40 m² home on the seventh floor of a modern building with lift. Designed for couples and solo travellers, it combines a peaceful high-floor atmosphere with a convenient San Giovanni location, approximately 200 metres from Ponte Lungo Metro A and within easy reach of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.
The apartment is fully private and includes a comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, a dedicated workspace and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine, while fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay.

What you will find
San Giovanni
San Giovanni is a lively residential district where guests can experience everyday Roman life without giving up easy access to the historic centre. Cafés, bakeries, pizzerias, traditional restaurants, supermarkets and local shops are all close by, while Metro A provides direct links to Termini, Piazza di Spagna and the Vatican.

- Termini Station: easily reached by Metro A
- Bus routes 16 and 85 connect the neighbourhood with central Rome
- Roma Tuscolana railway station is directly opposite the apartment, with convenient connections to Termini, Fiumicino Airport and Roma San Pietro station for St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican
- The apartment is outside Rome’s ZTL
Easy, flexible access
Standard check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Each reservation receives a personal keypad access code that is active only for the duration of the stay, allowing guests to arrive independently at any time after check-in begins. Luggage drop-off can be arranged from 11:00 am, and we always do our best to help with special requests whenever possible.
On request, we can arrange private transfers to or from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports through a professional company specialising in airport transportation. Luxury sedans and executive minivans are available, with a personalised quote based on the number of passengers and luggage.
